Vineyard is Growing

The vineyard is growing nicely as expected, and so is my youngest boy!
The canopy has really exploded over the last month and all the fruit has been removed from the vines. We are waiting one more year for our first estate harvest and concentrating on root growth at this point. The vineyard definitely teaches patience as we will have waited four years for our first grapes from our own soil. We will continue to source grapes from other well-respected growers in the McMinnville AVA for years to come. We are lucky to be surrounded by so many incredible farmers.
So far so good and summer has finally arrived in the Pacific Northwest!
